Orbit Baby Outlet products are open-box customer returns — most commonly from color exchange or change-of-mind purchases. Before being listed for sale, each item is individually reviewed by our team for safety, functionality, and appearance to confirm it meets our standards.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All US orders $200+ ship for free with standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I make a return?
All sales are final. There is no return policy set for products sold through the Orbit Baby Outlet Store. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
Is there a warranty?
The original manufacturer 2-year warranty is void. All outlet products are sold with an adjusted 1-year limited warranty.

All product from the Orbit Baby Outlet Store should be registered as normal.
